xp999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. xp999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or delays beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party payment provider failures or internet infrastructure outages affecting players in Pakistan.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
